“ Casa fiesta should be five times busier than it is when I come in here. It’s very clean. Staff is always gracious and helpful and the food is fresh. Great place to feed the family or meet for a margarita. My only recommendation for the owners now that it’s getting nice outside would be to really freshen up the outside dining area. It could be really nice with some landscaping and some trees or a pergola ”
“ Arrived at Casa Fiesta around 6:30 on a Friday evening for dinner in July. We were seated immediately upon entering the establishment. The restaurant wasn't vacant nor busy; it was comfortably in-between. The ambiance was welcoming, but loud. Unfortunately, the screaming of young children and clanking of dishware echoed off the walls. The decor was very pleasant; I absolutely loved the artwork. The table was wobbly and tipped upon placing weight upon it. The booth seats had rice sprinkled across it; they could've used a good wipe-down before seating customers. Our server was kind, quick, thorough and efficient. Food arrived within 15 minutes of placing our order. The server kept our waters filled and checked on us regularly, though we did have to flag them down for the check and a box. They brought chips and salsa to the table while we waited for our dinner, which didn't take us long to clear. The salsa had a delicious flavor and appealing consistency. Unfortunately, it was too spicy for me to eat, but I have a spice sensitivity, so I'm a terrible judge of spice. What I did taste was good though, and the chips were fried perfectly; not overcooked nor oversalted. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and it was delicious. Husband ordered the trio enchiladas, and said they were the best enchiladas he's had in a while. Daughter ordered shredded beef nachos and successfully ate half her plate (which is a good thing; she eats like a mouse). And our son had the machete special and ate most of his plate. Overall, the good was wonderful. The price was affordable and more importantly, we didn't feel ripped off or receive sticker shock. I highly recommend this establishment. You get your money's worth! “ This is an amazing restaurant. It is really easy to catch a seat no matter the party size. The shrimp is amazing, in each option you could get a nice steaming shrimp and put it in a taco yourself, or get a shrimp quesadilla, with your shrimp cooked to perfection, smothered in a good amount of cheese. The waiter service seemed to improve from the past reviews because our waiter would check up on us at appropriate times. ”
“ What a surprise!!!! My church group had an issue with a restaurant across the street. We called at the very last minute to see if they could accommodate a group of 20. They were able to take us immediately. What a treat!!! To start when you walk in there is an A on the door for their health score (thank God), then the atmosphere is beautiful, up to date, and welcoming. The service staff are on point. They immensely brought out chips with delicious salsa, and our menus. They took our drink orders and immensely checked to see if we were ready to order. The food came out fresh, hot, and quick. I expected a wait since there were so many of us, but my goodness that food came out quick. Cups were constantly and consistently refilled. To go boxes (yes, they were needed) were passed out and the bill was brought out. This place is hands down GREAT!!! ”
“ We stopped in here for something to eat. We usually go to the other Mexican restaurant up the road but not anymore. We were having car trouble 3 and a half hours away from home after visiting Folly beach. Waiting for a ride. They let us leave our car over night and we brought a trailer back the next day to pick it up. The food was great and the people were even better. The owner is such a wonderful person. We had problems loading it because it's a low car. They gave us cold water and even gave my kids something to eat while they waited inside out of the heat. They definitely have my business any time we come to visit. If I could give them 10 stars I would. The Pollo Ranchero was absolutely delicious. My kids enjoyed classic tacos and quesadillas while my boyfriend had a mucho grande burrito. I will be eating here during any visit to Folly. ”
